Been using his services for about a month now and are very happy with the results. I’m losing weight while building muscle at the same time!


When it comes to the meal plan he sits down and tailors it to you so you can still eat all your favorite foods without going hungry or starving your self. I eat steak and potatoes almost every night of the week and still seeing results.


When he coaches you about weight lifting and makes a plan, he will listen to you about your weak areas and work with you to improve both physically and mentally. One thing I love about the workout routine is at the end you feel very accomplished but, he will not push you so hard that you can’t move the next day. He also takes his time and makes sure that you’re able to lift the weight safely and with the proper form because proper form is key to get desired results!
